All orders are processed immediately, but due to occasional high order volume and potential carrier delays, delivery may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding. You should receive a separate email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the link to become active.
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any loss or theft. However, we will help you correspond with one of our agents to solve any difficulties as best we can.
All orders under $200 will ship without signature confirmation and it is up to the discretion of the delivery person whether to leave the package if there is no one home to accept it. If this is a concern, please provide us with an alternate shipping address if you work during the day or do not anticipate being home to receive your order.
Currently, davinci petfood only offers shipping to addresses within the state of California and Nevada to ensure the highest compliance.

On occasion, our shipping system may flag certain addresses as invalid or incomplete. When this occurs, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm the address. Please note that any packages returned to us due to incorrect address will be subject to a reshipping fee.

Where is my tracking number?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For certain orders, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Yes, all the items will be shipped out from our warehouse in California in one package unless the order amount exceeds 18lb.

How do I return the product?
Here is a step by step on how to return the product for a refund.
Step 1: Consult
Before you file for a refund, it is advisable to send an email to seankang@petrition.co.kr for consultation.

Step 2: Download the PDF and send shipment
2) Download the pdf form from this tab. Fill it out, print it and send it along with the package.
*If you are filling out the form by hand, please make sure it is legible.
Step 3: Send email
3) Before sending the package, please send an email to seankang@petrition.co.kr for return request
The email should include:
- The customer name
- The order number
- product(s) that is being returned
*opened/ damaged products cannot be returned for safety reasons. Any returned opened products will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund time frame
Upon inspection of the returned goods, please allow up to 14 days to refund your product.
When the refund has been issued, an email will be sent to you.
